OfficeLink+ staff are on-call 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  And this means that if there is a fault with your network, it will be responded to immediately.  And if the fault is part of an OfficeLink+ service, you don’t pay a cent. 

At OfficeLink+ we are so confident of our superhighway services that we will provide binding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each of our services.  And for organisations preferring to limit their expenditure in this area, we provide a non-binding Client Service Charter at no additional cost.  Whether via SLAs or the charter, OfficeLink+ always provides specialised, professional and timely support for each one of our clients.
