Setup+

Every OfficeLink+ Superhighway service has the full costs for its establishment quoted as part of the service.  But sometimes organisations require that extra bit of customised configuration or training.  In that case, Setup+ is the answer.

Setup+ is priced identically to Support+ so significant savings can be made by using Setup+ for that extra initial support.  And if on-site configuration or support is required then Setup+ can be bundled with OnSite+ for a one-stop totally outsourced project implementation.

Generic Setup and Remote Training

For most additional setup requirements, OfficeLink+ simply charges a per hour Setup+ fee.  This includes client-side configuration of the various Superhighway Hosting services, training and specialised customisation of Superhighway services such Firewall+, SNAP+ or Video+.

Voice+ Setup: None

For organisations with good in-house IP telephony expertise it is not uncommon to fully manage the configuration of Voice+ and Geo+ as well as the Phone+ roll-out in-house.  In this case there is no additional charge by OfficeLink+ and all responsibility for deployment of these services is assumed by the client.

Voice+ Setup: Remote Trainer and On-Site Trainer

For organisations wanting to manage the configuration of Voice+ and Geo+ as well as the Phone+ deployment but who are unsure of where to start, the Remote and On-Site Trainer Setup+ packages are ideal. Training is included for:

1. Voice+ Management Portal
2. Phone+ Overview
3. Operator Panel Setup

With Remote Trainer, configuration and deployment training is undertaken over the phone. For organisations located in Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne (or elsewhere by negotiation) then the On-Site Trainer option is also available. With On-Site Trainer a qualified OfficeLink+ technician will come on-site to provide full user and technical training as well as assisting with:

1. Voice Mail message recording
2. Interactive Voice Response recordings
3. Additional Ring Groups
4. Additional Hunt Groups
5. Night Switch
6. Queues

Voice+ Setup: Quick Start

For a per device setup charge OfficeLink+ will take full responsibility for the setup and initial configuration of your Superhighway Communications services as follows:

1. Phone+ Activation (including the mapping of each device with each user)
2. Geo+ mapping (each purchased Geo+ number is mapped to an extension, conference bridge or call group)
3. Voicemail

Quick Start is often used in conjunction with Remote and On-Site Trainer.  This allows OfficeLink+ to do the hard work of getting everything setup in Voice+ for every Phone+ device.  Then the client is empowered to maintain the Voice+ configuration so that future changes are simple and free.
