OnSite+
Superhighway Support is specifically
designed to assist clients remotely from the
OfficeLink+ National Call Centre. On the occasions that OfficeLink+ provided
on-site equipment does need to be replaced, then
OfficeLink+ uses couriers to deliver and receive
this equipment. But sometimes there is a requirement
for an OfficeLink+ representative to actually come
on site. This may be for training, strategic
technical advice, emergency support and/or client
requested support.
At OfficeLink+ we are delighted to assist our clients
in this way. Unless
this site visit is initiated by OfficeLink+ in response to equipment failure
there will usually be a charge associated with each site visit. These
charges are per hour (minimum of 2 hours) and include reasonable travel time. Where
specialists are being brought from another city or town then reasonable travel
expenses may also be included.
