We are an Australian wide telecommunications service provider, Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Managed Service Provider (MSP).  So as well as managing your security model, we manage the network connections and the services that you use.  There isn't a phone line in Australia that we can’t use to connect your offices to your own secure private network.

OfficeLink+ Assurance Plus

Security is not just about the technology and the physical environment.  It is also about stability and reliability.  Backing up your data is important but being able to restore it is essential.  Secure networks are just the same.  Setting them up is important but actively managing them is essential.  We give you the assurance of knowing that your network is being constantly monitored and managed.  As well, our dedicated professional staff run system and operational tests against your network every day.  This means that you can focus on your business knowing that we are focusing on keeping your network running optimally.

Layer 2 Security and Reliability

Rather than contending with the overhead of Virtual Private Network (VPN) links layered over an already congested Internet, we provide you with your own private dialup, broadband and high speed networks.  This means that all of your sites are only one hop from each other and from your secure Internet gateway (see the OfficeLink+ Framework).  Encryption is transparently managed at the broadband layer.  This is called layer 2 and is known as the "Data Link" layer.  It includes dialup, ISDN, ATM (broadband), and ethernet links.  This means that there is no performance degradation, congestion issues or complex configuration for your users to worry about.

National Security Cleared Staff

Do you trust the staff working for most ISPs? The Australian Government doesn't! As a Government Endorsed Supplier for over four years, OfficeLink+ is required to have a proven track record and guaranteed financial stability.  But to actually handle confidential data requires staff cleared to Secret and Top-Secret national security levels.  OfficeLink+ staff who manage your data and your network have gained these levels of security clearance.
